Skyline Waste is based in Doney Park just outside Flagstaff, Arizona. In business since 2019 with thousands happy clients and growing every day with always room for more!!! It has been our pleasure to provide outstanding customer service to our neighbors!

Residential
Our residential trash and recycle cans are brand new standard volume 95-gallon trash cans. They are shorter and fatter with a broader base than the typical can. The broader base allows our cans to withstand 40mph winds without blowing over—even when empty! Keeping trash cans upright is essential to keep our neighborhoods and forest litter-free. For us, it was worth the extra expense! For you, you get peace of mind.
We not only invested in wind-resistant cans; we invested in larger wheels. Our cans are equipped with 10" rather than the standard 8" wheels making it easier for our customers to roll our cans through gravel, cinders, snow, and mud. Sure it cost more to do things right, but we believe our clients appreciate the extra thought and care.
We also offer gravity lid locks with NO UPFRONT COST TO YOU.
Seasonal Residential
Traditional residential service for those customers that are seasonal residents or lucky enough to be taking a long vacation. The pricing is the same as all of the other customers in the area. We do require a 6 month minimum continuous service before suspension.
Suspension does require notification of at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. This is required to be done via the contact us tab at skylinewaste.com or text to 928-221-4109 (main line) or 928-622-0375 (billing office). If request isn't made within the required time and a card is charged, the amount charged will be left on the account as a credit for next season. If the mistake is on our part and the account was not suspended on time the refund will go back to the card.
Commercial
We are now offering several options for Front Load Cans
2 yard poly or steel with or with out gravity locks.
4 yard poly or steel with or without gravity locks
6 yard steel with or without gravity locks
8 yard steel with or without gravity locks.
inventory is always fluctuating so please call from most accurate availability
Gravity locks allow you to keep unwanted dumping of trash out of your bins while still allowing the driver to dump the load without having to get out and unlock/lock bins
Gates services are NOT available.
APPLIANCES SUCH AS REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, A/C UNITS, TV'S, MICROWAVES, CAN NOT BE DISPOSED OF IN ANY CAN/DUMPSTER.
THE ACCOUNT HOLDER IS LIABLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF THE DUMPSTER.
LARGE SOLID ITEMS SUCH AS PALLETS OR FURNITURE NEED TO BE BROKEN DOWN BEFORE PUT IN DUMPSTER. MATRESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND A FEE OF $25/ MATRESS WILL BE ASSESSED IF DUMPED.
THESE ARE NOT CONSTRUCTION DUMPSTERS THERFORE THINGS LIKE CONCRETE, ROCKS, BRICKS, CINDER BLOCKS, AS WELL AS THINGS LIKE LONG SECTIONS OF PIPE OR LARGE PIECES OF METAL OR LUMBER DO NOT GO IN THE DUMPSTERS
HAZARDOUS WASTE ITEMS SUCH AS PAINT OR OILS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
IF WE SEE IT, THE CAN/DUMPSTER WILL NOT BE DUMPED. IF WE DONT SEE IT UNTIL IT HAS BEEN DUMPED THERE WILL BE FEES ASSESSED TO THE ACCOUNT.
AN OFF SCHEDULE RETURN TRIP FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF A RETURN TO DUMP IS REQUESTED.
REISDENTIAL CANS NEED TO BE AT THE ROAD AND 4-6' AWAY FROM EACH OTHER AS WELL AS ANY OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS. THE TRUCKS WILL NOT LEAVE THE ROADWAY TO GET THE CANS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO OBJECTS HIT DUE TO BEING TO CLOSE TO THE CAN.
IF COMMERCIAL DUMPSTERS ARE BLOCKED THEY WILL NOT BE DUMPED AND PICKUP MAY NOT BE ATTEMPTED UNTIL NEXT SCHEDULED PICUK DAY
All residential accounts are a minimum of 6 months continual service.
All Commercial accounts are yearly agreements

We can NEVER show the depths of our gratitude for the sacrifices made by our veterans or their families. That being said we are doing what we can for those that paid the ultimate sacrifice.
As such a Gold Star Family with NEVER pay bill with us for household trash

PLEASE DO NOT BAG RECYCLE!! It is treated like trash no matter what is in it.
ALL FOOD CONTAINERS MUST BE RINSED OUT, IF THEY ARE NOT THEY ARE GARBAGE, NOT RECYCLE.
In an effort to keep the recycle loads from being rejected, those that can not keep the incorrect items out of the recycle cans will have their recycle services dropped.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR CANS @ THE ROAD BY 6:00AM and spaced 4'-6' apart. WE SUGGEST PUTTING THEM OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE!
Please put your cans on flat ground away from objects such as mailboxes and vehicles.
fOR THOSE THAT HAVE MULTIPLE CANS, OR HAVE CANS CLOSE TO A NEIGHBOR, PLEASE SPACE CANS 4'-6' APART.
OUR SUGGESTION IS TO PUT THEM ON EACH SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY.
rETURN TRIPS (IF AVAILIBLE, WHICH THEY MAY OR MAY NOT BE) WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
PLEASE DO NOT SET CANS ON TOP OF OR BEHIND ANYTHING SUCH AS SNOW BURMS. THIS MAY CAUSE YOUR CANS TO NOT BE DUMPED.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR 2023
AT THIS TIME THERE ARE NO PLANS TO ALTER DAILY SCHEDULES FOR ANY HOLIDAY THIS YEAR.
Weather Policy:
We prioritize the safety of our team, the public, and our equipment above all. That being said we will always do our absolute best to provide the top notch service you have come to expect from us at Skyline Waste.
There will inevitably be times where some pick ups may not happen due to safety concerns, mainly road conditions or weather.
When this effects an area (Munds Park, Kachina, Mountainaire, ect) rather than a few addresses we will do our best to reschedule a pick up day. In cases where specific roads or addresses we feel are not "accessible", there may or may not be another attempt to pick up. This does not mean we will credit your account for missed services, we don't control the road conditions. Example, we may swing back into an area in Doney park, (because we are based there) but probably won't make another trip to Williams during the week.
Please understand that in some cases this will not be possible.
Example, If we have to cancel an entire recycle day, there is no time during the week to make that up.
We do not issue refunds/credits for a week without a pick up when its weather related or other circumstances outside our control ie. fire closures, flooding, debris blocking the roadway, construction vehicles or road work to name a few.
Cancelation policy:
We do not issue refunds for accounts cancelled during a billing cycle. Any customer wanting to cancel mid cycle will need to let us know via text @ 928-221-4109 or email through our contact us tab on our website prior to the billing of that cycle. If we are notified and we don't get the account adjusted prior to billing we will gladly refund the overcharged amount.
Seasonal customers that do not notify us via text or email about the shut off dates for the end of their season will not be refunded. Those customers will have a credit applied to their account as of the date of notification for the next seasons service.
